WarmBedsShort version: WarmBeds does not collect, store, or sell personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking.
WarmBeds asks for your location only to find services near you. Your coordinates are sent to our server to run that search and are not stored, logged with any identifier, or shared with anyone. You can decline and enter a ZIP code instead.
No names, emails, phone numbers, device identifiers, advertising IDs, analytics, or behavioral data. We cannot identify you and we do not try.
Saved locations, personal notes, and settings are stored only on your phone. They never leave it.
If you text our number, the phone carrier and Twilio (our SMS provider) process the message to deliver it. We log only the last four digits of the number and the words you sent, for debugging, and delete logs regularly.
Service listings come from verified local partner organizations, HRSA (community health centers), SAMHSA (FindTreatment.gov), HUD, OpenStreetMap, and, for areas those sources don’t cover, Google Places. Searches to these providers contain a location but no personal information.
Organizations that join the partner program give us a contact name and email so we can approve and support them. Contact details are never shown publicly unless the partner puts them in a listing.
WarmBeds is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
